Carriage House/DC Photo Coop – Open House on the Chesapeake Bay

Category: Miscadmin @ 11:31 pm

We hosted our first Open House on the Chesapeake at Paulo’s little piece of heaven on earth.  The place is gorgeous and makes you want to relax and take in the sun rather than take any photos (as Matt pointed out early on).  The open house reunited familiar faces and welcomed new ones as well.  For this openhouse we had about 6 or 7 photographers (paulo, bo, matt, john, ray, greg and a couple others), 5 models (katelin, madison, britney, yubin and keriann  ), MUA (chontae), hair stylist(Britney), clothes designer (booshie designs)  and their families/spouses/assitants etc.  We had all the ingrediants for a big fashion shoot.   Here are a few documentary photos from the shoot.  The actual model shoots with come later on.

It’s not all photography, as you can see everyone playing by the dock.  Greg has finally managed to get his big kite up in the air.  Katelin posing by the pier.  Bo walking back for a lens.  Paulo probably in the house looking for a cigar.  If this was a photoshoot, it was one of the most relaxed ones I’ve been on…sipping on mojitos made by Katelin and Capt. Chris.    And savoury BBQ Pork to boot.  It was more of a picnic than a photoshoot.
