Welcome to DC Photo Coop! The DC Photo Coop is a studio, gallery and community located in the heart of DC with a focus on three types of photography, Cityscape/ Urban Landscape, Urban Fashion/Design, and Figurative/Fine Art Nude. Through workshops and events, the Coop hopes to provide a synergy between these visions of photography and between other area artists to promote multimedia approaches to urban art.
The DC Photo Coop works on a membership basis. Being a member of the Coop allows access to the studio and gallery spaces as well as photographic workshops, workshops for fashion and fine art models, private events, as well as creative/social events including but not limited to themed Shoot-outs and fine arts film showings. Members also benefit from discounts provided by various printing and framing businesses as well as galleries in the area.
